Creedonian RP Part 1: Flight to the Demon Castle

Description

Oh gosh, where should I start? The beginning of course, but first I need to introduce myself. Hello, I'm a friend of Buh the Snow Leopard. After having a race with her (which I lost) I wanted to take a visit to her home planet, Creedonia. Creedonia is such an interesting place to me. Instead of technology Creedonians thrive using magical powers and spells. Of course, I don't really have any magic with me at all, so I brought a few things with me that might make up for my lack of magical powers. The most important one of all to me is my Sky Runner that I bought from a salesman named Bubs. The Sky Runner has magic-proof armor, an anti-gravity engine, and everything I need to make it my own portable home. It can also fly nearly 180 mph. Although that may seem slow for an advanced air-craft, it's still fast enough to get me places quicker than most Creedonians. However, it's also fast enough to hurt any unfortunate Creedonian Angel or Crystal that's in my way during flights. Which brings me to my story.
A few days ago I flew into three Crystal-Angels during one of my flights on the Sky Runner. Afterwards, Iris, the father of all Crystals, and a few of his sons came to talk to me in-person about the danger I seem to have become in the sky. They also brought along Iris' only Demon daughter Annabelle, who is really adorable even when she tackled me. Luckily everything worked out and I promised to fly more carefully ever since.
A few days later, Annabelle came back with an Angel friend this time. I was listening to some music while drinking some tea when I heard a knock at the Sky Runner's door.
"Hello! Mister two-tail?" said a voice outside. It was Annabelle.
"Coming," I said turning off my interstellar radio. I walked towards the door, pressed the OPEN/CLOSE button, and watched as the door slowly open itself to reveal Annabelle and her friend. "Oh, hey there, Annabelle!" I said looking at them. "Is this a friend of yours?" I asked.
"Hi, I'm Evelyn!" said Annabelle's friend as she clapped her hands together. "Oh mi gosh, Annabelle was right! You do have two tails!" she exclaimed. "How do you do that? Don't you end up tying them together or something?" I was about to answer when Annabelle spoke.
"Told you he did!" Then she looked at me. "Can we come in and see the giant "bird"?" she said apparently referring to the Sky Runner. "We won't break anything."
"Please?" said Evelyn with big puppy eyes.
"Sure!" I said, "I'll be glad to show off what's inside. By the way, this "bird" is named the Sky Runner and you might be impressed by what it can do besides flying." When we walked in, the two little girls looked around the interior.
"So is it really not made to kill people?" Asked Annabelle.
"No, it's not supposed to kill people. Although, you can still get hurt if you use some of this stuff incorrectly," I answered.
"How come there's no blood or organs in here? It's a bird after all, right? Do you live here?" asked Evelyn. I was happy to answer her question.
"Indeed, I do live in here. I brought this thing with me so that I won't get too homesick during my visit here. Also, there's no blood and organs in here because this, my young friends, is my planet's technology in a house-sized nutshell!" I said. Then my rambling started. "Almost everything in here is based off of stuff from my home that you may have not even heard of. Toaster, refrigerator, air conditioner, radio; the list is endless. What you might call magic is what my people call centuries of discovery and hard work. We don't know a lot about magic, so we've come up with our own easy ways of surviving. Finally, that brings me to the most fun part of the Sky Runner." I showed them the pilot seat and dashboard where I pilot the Sky Runner. "Ladies, allow me to introduce you to what makes this seem more like a mechanical bird than a home; the Sky Runner's flight system!Doesn't this look neat with its colorful buttons and features?" I said pointing out the many switches and buttons on the control panel. "It's complicated to use, but once you memorize it, making this thing fly would be like... controlling a shadow if that helps you understand this. Soo... I guess that's all I can show you about my "bird"," I concluded.
Little did I know, chaos was about to be unleashed.
Annabelle walked up to the dashboard. "Sooooo... what if I click this and... this and this?" she said clicking random buttons.
"What the?! Annabelle, keep your hands off of those buttons!" I exclaimed, "How did you even know how to interact with them?!" I was about to grab the Demon girl and get her away from the dashboard. Then Evelyn became a problem.
"Do you have mini-Sozeins in here that we can't see?" she said opening my frige door. "It's pretty cold... Oh, what does this thing do?" she said running over to take my toaster, knocking over several items on the way, and not closing the door to the refrigerator. "What is this?"
"Evelyn, watch where you're going!" I said as I quickly closed the door. "Oh no, what do I do?!" I was freaking out. "I don't have enough time to run for help!" Then something occured to me. "OK, calm down," I said to myself."How do you keep a couple of magical children under control, especially if one of them is capable of easily killing you? Hmm... Alright, you two, I was going to give each of you a gift and maybe even let you have a safe ride on this thing, but since you won't settle down, I'm afraid I'll just have to walk you two back to the Temple." That stopped them.
"But we want a gift!" said Annabelle.
"Yeah! We're just curious..." said Evelyn.
Annabelle continued, "Besides how would you walk us back to the Temple? Do you even know the way? And the safest path? What would you do if we run into, oh, I don't know, Ezeekial or maybe Malphas or Nero?"
"Mhmm... and we're defenseless and it would be your responsibility if we got into trouble. I'm sure my mother would get pretty upset with you," said Evelyn.
"Let alone my dad," added Annabelle.
"Don't worry," I began to explain, "I've memorized the path from my spot to the area that the Temple is in. I've also fixed and tested out my new rocket. From what I saw after I tested it again yesterday, this thing can hold a large flame longer than Isa can... I think. Hopefully it'll be enough to harm an attacker or at least distract them long enough for us to escape quickly. Besides, I thought you had the ability to create deadly shadows when in danger?"
"Just because I have the ability doesn't mean I have to use it. As an adult, you're the one supposed to protect me," Annabelle replied.
I would've told her that I'm not exactly an adult, but I kept that to myself as I'm trying to gain everyone's trust around here.
"So... did you have a gift for us?" she then said.
"Ah, yes," I began to reply, thankful for the subject change, "I've got a couple of gifts for you two if you'll settle down for a moment." I reached into one of my cabinets and grabbed a couple of Isa dolls, a very popular kind of toy back home. "I once got these for myself, but I guess I can give these to you if you can take good care of them," I said, handing them the dolls. "They both look like one of your brothers, don't they, Annabelle? If I didn't know any better, I'd say they're based off of Isa. Now, I've been told that these dolls can keep you very warm during the night while you're falling asleep. Perhaps you can tell me later if they really do that tonight?"
Evelyn then excitedly said, "Oh mi gosh it's adorable! It looks exactly like Isabella-Linea, Annabelle!"
Annabelle looked at it and replied, "Yeah... that's actually kinda cute."
"Well," I began, "I guess that's about all I can show you. Though, I can give you a ride to somewhere if you want me to! Remember that the outside armor will keep us safe from magical attacks. I've also modified the Sky Runner's flying ability, so I can safely fly this thing without hitting another flying Angel or Crystal again. So, where will it be?"
Annabelle looked up at me, smiling. "Can you fly us to the Demon Castle?"
Evelyn whispered, "Why would you go there?" to Annabelle before she continued.
"You can do that, right? As you said, nobody can hurt us in here."
"The Demon Castle?" I questioned, "Uh... I guess, although I'm not exactly sure where that would be. I think I know which direction we should go in towards the Demon World, so perhaps we'll find the castle sooner or later as long as we keep flying in that direction. But yeah, as long as we're in here and in the air, we're completely safe from anyone who tries to hurt us with magic. Now then..." I said as I pressed a few buttons on the control panel, "I'll just let the computer, or the Sky Runner's "brain" as you might call it, remember where we are right now and show us the direction to the Demon world. Let's see..." I then looked at a small screen on the control panel. It displayed the course and direction of where we were going to fly in. "Yep, that's the direction we should go in. Alright, Annabelle and Evelyn, let me know when you're ready for take off!"
"Ready!" confirmed Annabelle.
Evelyn then whispered to Annabelle, "But Annabelle, it's really dangerous! What if Nero gets us?"
Annabelle patted her head. I thought I heard her say, "If he does, that guy will take the blame, not us," but I shrugged it off. "Also," she continued, "didn't you wanna see how this thing works?" She then crawled onto the control panel. "So all the buttons do different stuff, like mind-controlling the bird's brain? Can you make it speak?" she asked.
"Yeah, I guess you could say that the buttons do that. Although, I don't think it can speak vocally," I answered.
"Oh, oh, what does that mean?" Annabelle said pointing on the small screen on the control panel.
"Oh, the screen? Well, it tells me a lot of different stuff such as where we are, where we should go, how the "bird's" condition is, etc. Right now, the screen is telling me that we're ready to fly!" I turned on the Sky Runner's engine and automatically it began to float off of the ground. "Well, we're already floating above the ground, so that's a good sign."
"Mister," mumbled Evelyn, "what if someone like Ezeekial attacks us?" She looked up at me and asked, "Can the Sky Bird really protects us against someone so strong?" Then she grabbed my shoulder while crawling onto the control panel. "Can you even see in the Demon world?" She looked back at me and asked, "And won't we grow cold?"
'Holy crap, where did she learn how to be so freaking adorable?' I thought to myself. Remembering the subject, I answered, "Well, allow me to answer your questions. Luckily, the Sky Runner already has what I need to easily fly in dark areas. First, it can shine beams of light around itself. Secondly, it has something called a radar, which basically shows me what my surroundings look like, even when it's really dark. As for the cold, heheh, no need to worry about freezing to death, as this "bird" can change the temperature of this room. Besides, the Sky Runner tends to make a lot of heat whenever it's flying around. Now, as for powerful attackers like this Ezeekial fellow, well... there are a couple of factors that could make them a problem. For one thing, this armor is designed to deflect magical attacks, but it can't handle a lot of physical damage, so it's vulnerable to strong physical attacks. Another thing would be that, while the armor can handle strong magical attacks, it still has its limits. I'm not exactly sure how much magic the armor can take, but I do believe that Iris is capable of destroying the sheild with magic, so anyone who is about as powerful as Annabelle's dad will be a large threat to us."
"As strong as my dad... hmm..." pondered Annabelle. "Maybe Cernaus. But I haven't met him in years."
"Ezeekial uses dark musical spells and mind control. Can the shield protect us against mind control too?" asked Evelyn, grabbing onto me.
Annabelle continued. "We wouldn't want to meet Malphas or Furfur. Furfur likes breaking stuff and he is very difficult to take down without a spell. I hope this thing can attack if we meet him."
"Well, if all else fails, we can always escape and fly away as fast as this thing can go," I replied. "Unless someone else is capable of flying over 150 mph, then we're definitely screwed. So... yeah, that should cover what you're worried about on our journey. Speaking of our journey, let's get started on it shall we?" I said grabbing onto the wheel. "Oh, and you might want to hold on to something, just a word of advice." I pulled one of the levers and the Sky Runner took off at a high speed. As the Sky Runner took off, Annabelle jumped down on the floor and grabed hold of Evelyn, forcing her claws into the floor to keep her balance.
"Isn't it dangerous to fly so fast?" Evelyn said, hiding her face into my fur.
"Is it dangerous?" I smiled. "Yes, but not if you're a good pilot." I lowered the Sky Runner's current speed anyway. "Besides, that was just to get us started. So, you know of some people that could attack us in the air without magic? Well, I guess we should talk about our ways to defend ourselves. Truth be told, the Sky Runner has some features that we could use in dangerous encounters. You know the antenna on top of this thing? That thing can shoot bolts of electricity at foes. Unfortunately, the person you want to harm has to be close, otherwise it won't do much good. There's also another way to harm someone who tries to attack us; ram into them hard enough to knock them out." Then I thought to myself, "Kinda like what I accidentally did those flying Angels and Crystals sometime ago..." before clearing my throat. "Now, as for keeping safe from Ezeekial's mind control powers... I don't know whether or not we're safe from that. If his powers are similar to magic, then yes, we are safe. But just in case, we might need to come up with a way to escape from him even if we're mind controlled. Hmm... That's it! The Sky Runner's computer has an auto-pilot, which basically means that it can take over while I take a break from piloting it. Like this." To demonstrate, I pressed the auto-pilot button and took my hands off of the wheel. "What's better is that it can also take attack mid-air objects that are considered dangerous, such as flying Demons who will try to harm us. So even if we're under Ezeekial's spell, the auto-pilot can still attack him for us until we're freed and able to escape. Now, as for Furfur um... dealing with him sounds complicated in this thing. The most vulnerable parts of the Sky Runner, besides the windows, would be the landing gear and the antenna. The antenna of course would be very useful when your attacker isn't going to use magic, especially if he gets close enough for the antenna's electricity to hit him. Without that antenna, we'll have to resort to quickly fleeing or ramming into him repeatedly. If he damages the landing gear, that won't be as much of a problem during the battle, but it would make landing a bit of a challenge. Nonetheless, we should probably start praying that we don't encounter any of these dangerous guys." I put my hands back on the wheel and turned off the auto-pilot before noticing something. "Hm? What's this? The horizon is already looking dar- Oh boy. Girls, I think we're about to cross the border to the Demon World. If we break any barrier that's meant to protect the Angel World, remind me to send an apology to the Crystals who created that barrier.
"Actually there's three barriers," Annabelle corrected. "And they're able to bend a lot. You won't break them by flying out of the Angel World as they aren't meant to keep the Angels captured. But you'll have to break all three barriers to go back in."
"Oh really?" I asked. "Well, no wonder nothing stopped us on our way out of the Angel World."
"I think we should stay in the Angel World," said Evelyn. "Mama always says the Demon World is dangerous..."
"It is. Look, there's Disturbia already!" Annabelle said, pointing out to the person in question. "She's really bad at physical combat but her spells are okay."
"Wait... Oh I see her now! Is she friendly?" I asked Annabelle.
"Nope, she's not friendly at all. In fact she adores killing small males. I don't know why..."
I sighed. 'What have I gotten myself into?' I thought to myself.
Evelyn let go of me and turned around, hiding her face into Annabelle's shirt. "We should go back..."
In response Annabelle held around her. "No, this is much more fun than jumping on the roof of miss Daisy's house."
As I looked around, I said, "I think I've just realized how dark the Demon World is. I'd turn on the headlights, but something tells me I should only use them in spots where there aren't as many Demons around. Looks like I'll just be looking at the radar often. So uh... pretty nice view, huh? Let's talk a little bit more about the Demon World. What do you plan on doing once we get to the Castle and what kind of sights do you think we'll see on our way there?"
"Horrible sights..." Evelyn answered.
"Maybe we get to see a hunting pack searching for a betrayer," said Annabelle. "Or maybe we'll see Malphas performing a ritual on another female who doesn't know her place. Maybe we'll even see Nero rule the Demon World from the castle. Or a necromancer or an Angel slayer! Maybe somebody eating an Angel, that's pretty neat!
"No..." said Evelyn.
Annabelle continued. "We could break into the Castle. Nyxie is in there, we could go say hi. Or we could try break down the east wall. I've heard it's pretty weak."
"I hope Nyxie is a nice person," I said.
"Nyxie is a nice person," Evelyn began explaining. "She's Elias and Ria's younger sister, and she looks like Azazel quite a lot. She even has a cape."
"Oh look!" Annabelle shouted. "There's Morder and River! They're probably returning home from duty. Good thing they don't know we're here..."
"Yes, it is a good thing that they don't know. I'd hate for Iris to find out what we're doing... You don't think he knows where we are, do you?" I asked nervously.
"If dad knows we'll get grounded. And he'll be disappointed and he'll be like "You know better than that, Annabelle." and I do but rules are boring when you can break them."
"Mama won't be happy at all either," Evelyn said, "and Mariko will probably be like "See, I am better than you" like she always is."
"Glad I don't have a twin sister like you," said Annabelle.
"We should go back, mister two-tail," said Evelyn. "How do we get through the barriers and get back into the Angel World?"
I paused for a moment, not sure what say. "I... don't know. I figured that we could break through the barriers if we flew in fast enough, but now I'm starting to think that we might crash it in the process if the barriers are too strong for the Sky Runner. Of course, we can always ask whoever's gaurding the outskirts if they could let us in somehow. Hmm... Hey, Annabelle, I've heard that you sometimes sneak in and out of the Demon World with Evelyn. How do you manage to re-enter the Angel World?"
"I know some spells. Why?" she asked.
"Well, I figured that if you knew an easier way to get through the barriers, it would make re-entering the Angel World a whole lot easier for us. It would definetly be better than trying to break through manually."
"Well, we've never really gotten through the barriers without eventually getting noticed... it's my brothers guarding and keeping it going after all," Annabelle said.
"So, you said Nyxie is nice?" I asked to continue the conversation. "Well that's a relief. I guess that would make our visit there a bit less frightening."
"Nyxie is nice if you don't hurt her mother," said Evelyn.
"She's a bitch by the way," Annabelle pointed out.
"Not a really nice person," Evelyn added.
"Oh, Azazel? Yeah, I can certainly believe that she isn't too nice. Especially after I recieved a stuffed doll that looks like her. That thing was pure evil, I tell you!" I said shivering. "Wait... I see the castle now! Time to speed up! The sooner we get there, the less time there'll be for someone to notice us." I pushed the accelerator and the Sky Runner's speed increased. "Now you said that there's an east wall for us to break into?" I asked.
"Yeah, at least I've heard," replied Annabelle. "I know the basement is hard to break through... Nero's got quite a lot of spells protecting that area. Oh, and watch out for the blue lights. They'll explode if you touch them."
"You never talked about them..." Evelyn said.
"Because they're only on the upper floors and in the nursery rooms," Annabelle said. "Also, don't let Furfur see you. If he sees you heading for the east wall... well, we'll have to fight him. Before he calls on the guards."
"Isn't Split in there?" asked Evelyn.
"Well, she is... but honestly I've never seen inside the castle. Only outside. Watch out! The Shadows might see you!"
"Wait, what!?" I yelled, slowing the Sky Runner to a complete stop. "Why didn't you tell me that before?! Now we'll have to be even sneakier, if that's even a word. Hmm... I've got it! We'll continue flying while hiding above the clouds and when we're above the east wall, we'll swoop down and immediately turn ourselves so we can smash through those walls. If we're lucky, we won't get noticed until we actually go through there! And as for the shadows," I pointed towards my small rocket hanging on the wall, "I think I could ward them off with that, if not harm them. Now then, let us continue, but with stealth!" I then flew us above the clouds. "Good thing the radar can help me see through the clouds, otherwise we wouldn't know when we should stop. Wait... I just now noticed something. Once we're in there, we're vulnerable to physical attacks even if we stay in here. We'll be in even more danger once we come out of this too. Although, if you know where Nyxie usually hangs out, I can always fly somewhere around there... even though we'll be smashing through a bunch of floors in the process. Either way, we should probably do what we're coming here for and get out ASAP."
"Umm... I guess she would be in the nurseries or maybe in the ballroom. It's not like I've actually been up on the upper floors a lot. I kinda stayed in the basement," Annabelle said.
"Don't they have barriers or shields covering the place like we do?" asked Evelyn.
"Well... Nero did have barriers surrounding my room to keep me in place. But as far as I know the Demon Castle isn't protected other than the few Demon guards. I got out pretty easily with my dad and brothers..."
Evelyn looked down at the radar, pushing me out of the way. "Nyxie would be with her mother, wouldn't she?"
Annabelle replied, "That worm can't stand anyone aside of her mate. That's why I'm guessing she would be some place where their children usually are. I mean, the nurseries are to keep the babies hidden so if an emergency would come, like a natural disaster, Nero has food. And the ballroom is never used for dancing or such things. It's used for tournaments and killing events. And Nyxie is pretty strong on her own... for someone of the same parents, of course."
"By the way," Evelyn pointed out to me, "Nyxie isn't much older than I am. But maybe we could find Ruby too - she's a runaway Floral!"
"Oh, you've got another good friend in there too?" I asked. "Perhaps we might meet up with her while we're in there. I must say though that I'm not surprized that Nero would use children as an emergency food supply. Anyways, I'm glad to know that we'll most likely have to deal with a few gaurds. I was afraid that the Castle had an entire army of gaurds! Then again, this place is probably feared a lot, so I guess they wouldn't expect someone to barge in there... kinda like what we're about to do!
"No, the Castle isn't guarded by any intelligent beings but that's because very few people would break in. I mean... there are zilts, and shadow monsters, light balls and such protecting the place. The zilts can easily rip you apart but that's not a big deal," explained Annabelle.
I tried to ignore her last sentence. "Oh, and uh... could you excuse me for a sec?" I asked Evelyn, trying to look at the radar. "Welp, we're almost there and DANG! This place is HUGE! Alright, so we're basically gonna drop, fly into the walls, and attempt to fly up where the ballroom or nursery is. Hopefully we can do all of that before somebody manages to do something about it. Luckily the armor is still in good condition. Ready, Annabelle and Evelyn?"
"No, I'm not ready..." Evelyn said, reaching around Annabelle.
Annabelle smiled. "We'll definitely crash. This'll be so much fun!"
"I couldn't have said it any better myself Annabelle!" I said, ignoring her first sentence. "Time for some fun! Alright, girls, hold on to something and prepare to drop from the sky in 3... 2... 1!" I switched off the main anti-gravity engine and we already began to plummet down towards the ground. "Woah, what a drop!" I said getting prepared to restart the anti-gravity engine. "Alright, slowing down our fall about... NOW!" With perfect timing, I flipped the switch and the Sky Runner's falling speed suddenly decreased. "Alright, now to fly into the castle itself. Brace yourselves!" I accelerated the Sky Runner and my precious vehicle smashed through the castle wall. We went through a few walls before stopping. "WOAH!!! I almost hit my head on the control panel. Is everyone OK?" Suddenly I noticed a Demon in front of his window. "Huh? Oh, hello there!" I said waving at the shocked Demon. "I hope you don't mind me visiting," I continued. "You gotta admit though, my entrance was truly smashing! HA ha!" I took a quick glance at the small screen on the control panel. It was displaying the estimated condition of the Sky Runner's hull. "Well, looks like the Sky Runner isn't too damaged, so we can probably go up a few floors. See ya' later, random Demon!" I said waving at the still confused Creedonian. "Going up!" I raised our altitude and the Sky Runner ascended and broke through a couple of floors before stopping again. Luckily we were all still in one peice. 'We made it!' I thought to myself. 'So then... what now?'
And thus stops my story of my adventure with a couple of interesting Creedonian children. I would love to continue on, but I'm afraid I must stop for now. Hopefully I can continue on soon. Until then, to be continued...

:phew: I've finally finished this! This drawing is based off of an RP I had with :iconcloudycrayon:, and to go along with it, I even adapted our RP adventures into a 3 part story!
The RP was quite fun to both of us. It was the first time Buh ever RPed with anyone and it was educational for me, as I got to learn more about the world of Creedonia and how the characters interact with each other.
If you want to see our RP... too bad!:XD:
Naw, just kidding. Here's the start of the conversation: comments.deviantart.com/1/4702…
And here's the start of the RP in general. comments.deviantart.com/1/4702…

Please keep in mind though that there were a LOT of comments made during our RP, so I'll save you the trouble by making a "Table of Contents" as I like to call it.
Annabelle & Evelyn's visit: comments.deviantart.com/1/4702…
The Sky Runner's departure: comments.deviantart.com/1/4702…
The comment that'll start the next story: comments.deviantart.com/1/4702…
If you want to read the rest of our adventures, keep in mind that you can click the date on one of the comments once they start shrinking too much. Doing so will let you continue reading the comments after the one you clicked without having to strain your eyes (or anything like that.:XD:)

The :iconskyrunnerplz: belongs to Nintendo
Tails belongs to Sega
Creedonia belongs to :iconcloudycrayon:
drawing belongs to :iconcharlesbulbmin:
the previously mentioned RP adventures belong to... me and Buh?:XD:

I suck so much at figuring out where to stop a very long story.:icononionfailplz:

You know, as unexpected RP as it was, I do not regret doing it. It was so much fun! I should really get around to make more pictures and such, it's been so long since I've uploaded something... oh well, better save the good stuff for Christmas~

I just love Tails' expression here. He knows this could never end well.

And yes, it's our RP! Our RP alone and nobody can ever have it! Mwuahahaha!
Don't worry, I never know where to stop a long story either.
